If the above symptoms are a little close to home, then you or the person facing them needs to see a doctor.

A step in the right direction is accepting your situation and accepting that you need to sober up. You need to want it so that you don’t go back to your sad habits halfway through the recovery.

Such small actions will have a great impact in your life and keep you going when you feel like you have hit a wall. You will get revitalized and re energized . There are various things that are waiting to be discovered, and you can use that time to find them. You can join a clay moulding class, poetry sharing, maybe take some photography lesson. Don’t allow yourself to be idle.
